主食吃什么好?随着健康意识的普及,尝遍各式美食的城市人越来越看重营养美味与绿色健康的结合,如今迷上了“五谷杂粮”。据了解,北京市面上目前流行的精包装五谷杂粮共有20多个品牌。这些精品五谷杂粮不但可以买回来自家享用,也是馈赠亲朋的佳礼。在今年的中国农学会杂粮分会年会上,中国农业科学院研究员王连铮指出,杂粮具有丰富的营养元素,应把杂粮从节日品尝转为日常餐桌的常备食品,杂粮和粗粮比例应占到日常摄入食物的20%。长期吃杂粮,对糖尿病、高血脂和心血管病都有较好的防治作用。

The proportion of miscellaneous grains and whole grains should account for daily intake 20% of food. Long-term consumption of miscellaneous grains, diabetes, hyperlipidemia and cardiovascular disease have a better prevention and treatment.
