大港油田港西断块地质结构复杂,储层地质条件较差,油层埋藏浅、泥质含量高、胶结疏松、成岩性差,出砂严重,其出砂井占到总井数的89.3%,在开采过程中易堵塞油层,造成油井减产,严重的会造成套管弯曲变形甚至报废。通过对港西油田不同开采层位的岩石及流体特性的深入分析,采取压裂充填工艺、油层保护、技术参数匹配、施工工序优化等措施,应用压裂防砂技术不仅改善了油井的渗流能力,延长了生产周期提高了采收率,取得了较为明显的效果,证实了该技术的先进性和实用性。
The geological structure of Hong Kong-West fault block in Dagang Oilfield is complex with poor reservoir geological conditions, shallow buried oil layers, high clay content, loose cementation, poor diagenesis and severe sand production. Its sand wells accounted for 89.3% of the total wells. During the mining process, it is easy to block the oil layer, causing the oil well to cut down its output. In serious cases, the casing will be bent or even scrapped. Through the deep analysis of the rock and fluid characteristics of different mining layers in Hong Kong-West Oilfield, the measures such as fracturing and filling technology, reservoir protection, matching of technical parameters and optimization of construction process are adopted. Applying fracturing and sand control technology not only improves the seepage capacity of oil wells, Prolong the production cycle to improve the recovery rate, and achieved more obvious results, confirming the advanced technology and practicality.
