观察了麝香酮对东莨菪碱所致痴呆大鼠 (穿梭箱法 )和小鼠 (水迷宫法、跳台法 )学习记忆的影响 ,并采用了放射性同位素法研究了麝香酮对东莨菪碱所致痴呆大鼠胸主动脉平滑肌细胞45Ca摄取量的影响。结果发现 ,麝香酮可明显拮抗痴呆大鼠和小鼠的学习记忆功能减退 ,并可显著升高痴呆大鼠胸主动脉45Ca的摄取量。提示麝香酮可增加痴呆鼠细胞内可用性钙从而发挥抗痴呆作用
The effects of muskone on the learning and memory of scopolamine-induced dementia rats (shuttle box method) and mice (water maze method, step-down method) were observed. Radioisotope method was used to study the effect of muscone on scopolamine-induced dementia rat chest Effect of 45Ca uptake in aortic smooth muscle cells. The results showed that musk ketone can significantly attenuate the learning and memory dysfunction of dementia rats and mice, and can significantly increase the 45Ca uptake of thoracic aorta in dementia rats. It is suggested that muskone can increase the intracellular availability of calcium in dementia mice and exert anti-dementia effect
