目的探讨高温噪声环境对作业工人部分肾功能水平的影响,提出预防措施。方法以北京市密云县某企业灌装车间307名高温噪声作业工人为接触组,未接触高温噪声及其他有害因素的200人为对照组,采用全自动生化分析仪分别检测两组血清中的肌酐、尿素氮、β2-微量球蛋白并进行统计学分析。结果高温噪声作业接触组血肌酐、尿素氮的检测结果与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),β2-微量球蛋白虽略有升高,但差异不显著;作业工龄>15 a者血肌酐、尿素氮的检测结果高于≤15 a者,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);接触组的中年人群3项肾功能指标的检测结果与青年组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);接触组中的男性人群3项肾功能指标的检测结果高于女性,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高温噪声环境对作业工人部分肾功能指标具有一定的影响,建议各相关部门应把对肾功能的检测纳入到高温噪声作业人群的常规检测中来,同时要强化高温噪声作业工人的健康教育,采取相应的防治措施。
Objective To investigate the effect of high temperature noise on the part of workers with renal function and propose preventive measures. Methods A total of 307 high-temperature noise workers in a filling shop of a certain enterprise in Miyun County, Beijing were used as the exposure group, and 200 non-contact high-temperature noise and other harmful factors as control group. The serum creatinine, Urea nitrogen, β2-microglobulin and statistical analysis. Results Compared with the control group, the results of serum creatinine and urea nitrogen exposure in the high-temperature noise-exposed group were significantly different (P <0.05), β2-microglobulin was slightly increased, but the difference was not significant; working length of service> 15 a serum creatinine, urea nitrogen test results were higher than ≤ 15 a, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); contact group of middle-aged population 3 renal function test results compared with the youth group, The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The detection results of the three renal function indexes of the male population in the contact group were higher than those in the female group (P <0.05). Conclusion The high temperature noise environment has certain influence on some renal function indexes of working workers. It is suggested that all relevant departments should incorporate the detection of renal function into the routine testing of high temperature noise workers, and at the same time, strengthen the health education of high temperature noise workers, Take appropriate control measures.
