目的:建立HPLC法测定复方醋酸曲安奈德乳膏中醋酸曲安奈德和氯霉素的含量。方法:用Hypersil CN(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以水-甲醇-四氢呋喃(60:28:12)为流动相,流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长为240 nm。结果:醋酸曲安奈德和氯霉素浓度分别在5.02~100.40μg·ml~(-1)(r=1.000 0,n=5)及99.73~1 994.52μg·ml~(-1)(r=0.999 9,n=5)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为100.0%(RSD为0.66%)和100.0%(RSD为0.94%)。结论:该方法准确可靠,可用于复方醋酸曲安奈德乳膏中醋酸曲安奈德和氯霉素的含量测定。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of triamcinolone acetonide and chloramphenicol in compound triamcinolone acetonide cream. METHODS: The mobile phase consisted of Hypersil CN (200 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column with water-methanol-tetrahydrofuran (60:28:12) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min -1 nm. Results: The concentrations of triamcinolone acetonide and chloramphenicol were 5.02-100.40μg · ml -1 (r = 1.000 0, n = 5) and 99.73-1944.52μg · ml -1 (r = 0.999 9, n = 5). The average recoveries were 100.0% (RSD 0.66%) and 100.0% (RSD 0.94%), respectively. Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable and can be used for the determination of triamcinolone acetonide and chloramphenicol in compound triamcinolone acetonide cream.
