目前我国未成年人犯罪问题仍然非常突出,形势非常严峻,这主要体现在犯罪率的居高不下。尽管我国早已出台预防未成年人犯罪的法律法规,而且我们的国家、政府和各级相关职能部门都做出了很大的努力,但是预防效果并不明显。为此如何预防未成年人犯罪已成为法学理论界的一个重要研究课题。通过查阅不少关于如何预防未成年人犯罪的理论著作,可发现观点相差无几,甚至有些观点是泛泛而谈,并没有切中问题的要害。为此,本文结合办案实践,谈谈自己的一些想法,希望能为预防未成年人犯罪寻找一个切实有效的突破口。 At present, the problem of juvenile delinquency in China is still very prominent. The situation is very grim, which is mainly reflected in the high crime rate. Although our country has already promulgated laws and regulations to prevent juvenile delinquency, and our country, government and relevant functional departments at all levels have made great efforts, the preventive effect is not obvious. How to prevent juvenile delinquency has become an important research topic in the field of law and theory. By consulting a number of theoretical works on how to prevent juvenile delinquency, we can find that there are not many differences in opinions, and even some of them are generalities and do not have the key to tackling the problem. To this end, this article combined with the practice of handling cases, talk about some of their own ideas, hoping to prevent juvenile delinquency to find a real and effective breakthrough.
