目的观察伊布利特转复心房颤动(AF)、心房扑动(AFL)的疗效及不良反应。方法选择发病持续时间少于90天的AF或AFL患者220例,使用伊布利特静脉注射,分析AF、AFL的转复效果及不良反应。结果AF180例,转复成功86例,转复率为47.8%,转复时间(68.12±22.37)min,转复剂量(1.79±0.39)mg,AFL40例,转复成功31例,转复率为77.5%,转复时间(50.12±24.37)min,转复剂量(1.43±0.54)mg,药物相关不良反应率32.7%,无死亡患者。结论伊布利特转复AFL成功率较高,转复AF的成功率较低,且出现的不良反应不少。
Objective To observe the curative effect and adverse reactions of irbesartan on atrial fibrillation (AF) and atrial flutter (AFL). Methods A total of 220 patients with AF or AFL who had less than 90 days duration were enrolled in this study. The effects of AF and AFL were evaluated by intravenous injection of ibutil. Results AF180 cases were successfully transplanted in 86 cases, the recovery rate was 47.8%, the recovery time was (68.12 ± 22.37) min, the recovery dose was 1.79 ± 0.39 mg, the AFL was 40 cases, the successful recovery was 31 cases, the recovery rate was 77.5%, the recovery time (50.12 ± 24.37) min, the dose of reinstatement (1.43 ± 0.54) mg and the drug-related adverse reaction rate of 32.7%, no death patients. Conclusion The success rate of ibuprofen AFL is high, the success rate of AF is low, and there are many adverse reactions.
