目的 阿托伐他汀联合氯吡格雷治疗脑血栓临床疗效及凝血功能分析.方法 选取2017.5至2019.5我院收治的患者87例作为研究对象,按照入院时间随机分为参照组(43例)和研究组(44例).将常规药物治疗用于参照组的患者,研究组运用阿托伐他汀联合氯吡格雷,将2组患者在介入之前和手段介入后的凝血功能进行详细对比;在2组患者接受介入之后,将2组患者的临床疗效进行详细对比.结果 研究组患者的凝血功能情况和临床疗效都要好于参照组患者(P<0.05).结论 对脑血栓患者使用阿托伐他汀联合氯吡格雷治疗能够优化患者的凝血功能,增加治疗效果.
