一个档案局馆能否产生最大合力,工作成效卓著,除开正职或“一把手”等因素外,每个副职的作用是不能忽视的。因此,每个副职如何发挥作用,如何把握和提高副职领导艺术,这是当前领导科学研究和档案工作实践中,都必须给予高度重视的极为紧迫的问题。这里,笔者作些初探,以供研究和参考。 一、校准坐标 明确职责 任何一个人在单位中,都有属于自己的那个“坐标”和“支点”。笔者认为,副职只有校准了自己的“坐标”和“支点”,认识“自我”,职位意识明晰,明确其职责,方能导入角色,职权关系才能理顺,其领导行为才能规范。具体的说就是:
