目的探讨1例布鲁氏菌感染患者的病例分析及用药监护。方法以1例布鲁氏菌感染住院患者的诊治过程为例,根据患者的诊断情况制定合理的治疗方案,并对患者实施药学监护。结果临床药师在处理临床少见感染疾病时应根据患者的具体情况,将药学理论和临床实践相结合,促进合理用药。结论临床药师在临床工作中应不断总结和探索,对布鲁氏菌感染进行合理治疗。
Objective To investigate a case of Brucella infection in patients and medication monitoring. Methods One case of brucellosis inpatients with diagnosis and treatment process as an example, according to the diagnosis of patients to develop a reasonable treatment plan, and the implementation of the patient pharmacy care. Results Clinical pharmacists in clinical treatment of rare infections should be based on the specific circumstances of patients, the pharmacy theory and clinical practice combine to promote the rational use of drugs. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists should continue to summarize and explore in clinical work, to rational treatment of brucellosis infection.
