在正常人和肾功能不全患者中进行了本研究。投给增效新明磺的剂量是:抗菌增效剂(TMP)160毫克+磺胺甲基异恶唑(SMZ)800毫克。正常人8名分为4组。第1组:仅给上述药物1次口服;第2组:除服上述药物外,同时服2～4克重碳酸氢钠,4～6小时后重复1次;第3组:除上述药物外,同时服氯化铵2克,2～4小时后重复1次;第4组:给上述药物1次口服,1周后再服同剂量药物1次;在10例肾功能减退患者当中,4例有严重肾功能减退,也给予增效新明磺1次口服(其中1例因对磺胺药过敏只服了TMP160毫克)。
This study was conducted in normal and renal insufficiency patients. The dose to be boosted with neostigmine was 160 mg of antimicrobial synergist (TMP) + 800 mg of sulfamethoxazole (SMZ). Eight normal people are divided into four groups.
