红外热成像技术用于人体各种病变检查具有广阔的应用前景,但我国的应用研究水平尚处于起步阶段,其检测理论还很不成熟。特别是人体红外辐射-表面温度-物质特性三者间的内在关系方面,尚待进一步研究和探讨。借助于数学和计算机手段对人体表面温度分布的特性进行分析,达到推定身体内部病灶的位置和尺寸是一个亟待解决的课题。本文针对上述问题进行了一些探索性的研究,尝试着把有限元方法应用到红外医疗诊断的定量分析中。
Infrared thermography has a broad application prospect for the detection of various human diseases, but the level of applied research in our country is still in its infancy, and its detection theory is still immature. In particular, the human body infrared radiation - surface temperature - the intrinsic relationship between the three material properties, remains to be further studied and discussed. With the aid of mathematical and computer means to analyze the characteristics of human body surface temperature distribution, it is an urgent issue to estimate the location and size of internal body lesions. In this paper, some exploratory researches are made on the above problems, trying to apply the finite element method to the quantitative analysis of infrared medical diagnosis.
