鹤壁五岩寺石窟为灰岩材质,体量小,但是由于长期暴露于自然环境中,出现了各种破坏包括结构破坏和表面破坏。为了保护石窟,笔者对石窟的病害进行了现场调查,发现其病害有山体开裂垮塌,树木生长的影响,佛像本体的开裂、缺损、表面溶蚀、污垢和变色等。为了保护石窟,对灰岩石质的防水材料、加固材料进行了筛选。本文通过颜色变化、接触角改变、吸水率和酸腐蚀等对所选的防水剂进行了评价筛选;通过颜色变化、喷砂试验、冲刷实验等检验了加固剂,最终选出了对石窟岩石有保护作用的防水材料和加固材料。
Grottoes at Hebi Wuyan Temple are limestone with small volume, but due to long-term exposure to the natural environment, various damages have occurred, including structural damage and surface destruction. In order to protect the grottoes, the author conducted a site investigation of the grottoes’ diseases and found that the diseases include the cracking and collapse of the mountain, the influence of the growth of the trees, cracking, defects, surface erosion, dirt and discoloration of the Buddha body. In order to protect the grottoes, the limestone waterproof materials, reinforcing materials were screened. In this paper, the selected waterproofing agents were evaluated and screened through the change of color, the change of contact angle, the water absorption and the acid corrosion etc .; the reinforcing agent was inspected by color change, sandblasting test and erosion test, Protective effect of waterproof material and reinforcing material.
