山区高速公路在建设过程中由于地形起伏大、地质构造复杂,桥涵背两端与路基衔接部位易形成较大范围的回填,而回填质量往往难以控制,工程通车后桥涵背回填部位很容易发生不均匀沉降,导致桥台与临近路面形成错台,导致桥头跳车及临近路面破损现象,影响到高速公路的使用功能和行车舒适性。本文结合福建省福泉高速公路扩建工程,以实例阐述了压浆工艺在山区高速公路桥涵背回填施工质量控制中的应用。
Due to the large topography and complex geological structure in the construction of mountainous expressway, it is easy to form a large area backfill at both ends of the bridge and culverts, and the backfill quality is often difficult to control. The backfill sites of bridges and culverts are prone to occur after the project is opened to traffic Uniform settlement, resulting in the abutment and the adjacent pavement to form the wrong platform, leading to the bridge tip and near the road surface damage, affecting the use of the highway functions and driving comfort. Based on the expansion project of Fuquan Expressway in Fujian Province, this paper illustrates the application of grouting technology in the quality control of backfill construction of bridges and culverts in mountainous expressway with an example.
