目的:通过仙龙颗粒对佐剂性关节炎大鼠的治疗作用及对血清VEGF含量的影响的实验研究,初步探讨其治疗作用机理。方法:48只大鼠随机分为6组:(A)空白对照组,(B)模型组,(C)强的松组,(D)仙龙颗粒小剂量组,(E)仙龙颗粒中剂量组,(F)仙龙颗粒大剂量组。建立佐剂性关节炎大鼠动物模型,分别灌服相应药物,并观察一般形态,连续给药4周后断头取血,测量血清VEGF含量。结果:强的松组、仙龙颗粒大、中剂量组症状改善明显,血清VEGF含量的影响明显降低。结论:仙龙颗粒对佐剂性关节炎大鼠有治疗作用,其降低血清VEGF含量可能是该药治疗类风湿性关节炎机理之一。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the therapeutic effect of Xianlong granule on the therapeutic effect of adjuvant arthritis in rats and its effect on serum VEGF. Methods: Forty eight rats were randomly divided into six groups: (A) blank control group, (B) model group, (C) prednisone group, (D) Xianlong granules low dose group, Dose group, (F) Xianlong particles high-dose group. The animal model of adjuvant arthritis was established. The corresponding drugs were orally administrated, and the general morphology was observed. After 4 consecutive weeks of administration, the animals were decapitated and the serum VEGF levels were measured. Results: The prednisone group and Xianlong Granule group showed obvious improvement in the symptoms and the effect of serum VEGF was significantly reduced. Conclusion: Xianlong granule has a therapeutic effect on adjuvant arthritis in rats, which may be one of the mechanisms of the drug for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
