最近,我有机会重游了过去曾作为记者和外交官工作和生活过七年的联邦德国 历时两个星期,差不多重游了所有大城市。我是同我国国际人才交流协会的代表团一起去的,会见了企业界、科技界的老朋友。尽管每到一地都是走马看花,但感到了我离任以来十年里联邦德国发生的不少变化,而且正在酝酿着更大的变化。印象最深的是,联邦德国的企业界、科技界正在集中全力迎接新技术的挑战,同其他工业发达国家进行新的竞赛。 Recently, I had the opportunity to revisit the Federal Republic of Germany, which had worked and lived as a journalist and diplomat for seven years in the past, which lasted almost two weeks and revisited almost all major cities. I went with the delegation of China’s International Talents Exchange Association and met with old friends from business circles and science and technology circles. Despite the cursory sightings everywhere, I felt many changes that took place in the Federal Republic of Germany over the ten years since I left office and are undergoing much greater changes. What impressed me most is that the business community and science and technology community in the Federal Republic of Germany are concentrating their energies on meeting the challenge of new technologies and engaging in new competitions with other industrialized countries.
