邓小平的民主法治思想内涵非常丰富,博大精深,科学地回答了我国社会主义民主法治建设诸如民主与法制的关系、“依法治国”等等一系列根本性问题。邓小平民主法治思想揭示了人治弊端,坚定了人们的民主法治观念;强调了依法治国,引领社会主义建设进入法治轨道;明确了民主法治关系,澄清了人们的错误认识,这对我们扎实推进改革事业、有效落实依法治国方略和建成社会主义法治国家具有重大的现实意义和有益借鉴。
