作为现代经济与科技发展的强大推动力,我国的职业教育历经二十多年的发展,在规模及人才培养方面取得了一定的成绩,但在管理体制方面依然存在一系列不容忽视的问题,对职业教育工作的有效开展造成一定的影响。基于此,本文就我国职业教育管理体制当前存在的问题展开分析,进而提出创新职业教育管理体制的思路及有效策略。
As a powerful driving force for the development of modern economy and science and technology, after more than 20 years of development, vocational education in our country has made some achievements in scale and personnel training. However, there are still a series of problems that can not be ignored in the management system. The effective development of vocational education has a certain impact. Based on this, this paper analyzes the current problems in the management system of vocational education in our country, and then puts forward the ideas and effective strategies for innovation of vocational education management system.
