为研究施肥对土壤线虫群落的影响,采用定点实验的方法,在哈尔滨师范大学试验站的农田生态系统进行施用有机肥、氮肥、磷肥、钾肥,观察其对土壤线虫群落结构多样性的影响。共鉴定出25科36属土壤线虫,其中Cephalobus,Aphe-lenchus为优势类群,研究结果表明:不同施肥对土壤线虫群落组成、结构及多样性均产生一定的影响。线虫总数、食细菌线虫、食真菌线虫、植物寄生线虫的数量在不同处理之间存在极显著差别(P<0.05),从土壤线虫的生态指数来看,施用不同化肥之间土壤线虫多样性也存在显著差异。土壤线虫群落及多样性的变化表明土壤线虫群落对不同肥料产生了响应,可以用作施肥过程中土壤质量变化的生物学指标。
In order to study the effect of fertilization on the soil nematode community, applying organic fertilizer, nitrogen fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer and potash fertilizer to the farmland ecosystem of Harbin Normal University Experiment Station by fixed-point experiment to observe its influence on soil nematode community structure diversity. Thirty-nine soil nematodes were identified, of which Cephalobus and Aphe-lenchus were the dominant groups. The results showed that different fertilization had some effects on the composition, structure and diversity of soil nematode community. There were significant differences in the numbers of nematodes, bacterial feeding nematodes, fungal nematodes and plant parasitic nematodes among the different treatments (P <0.05). According to the ecological index of soil nematodes, the diversity of soil nematodes between different fertilizers There are significant differences. Changes in soil nematode community and diversity indicate that the soil nematode community responds to different fertilizers and can be used as a biological indicator of soil quality changes during fertilization.
