运用遥感手段对新疆渭干河流域的土地利用时空变化进行了研究,同时分析了渭干河流域土地利用变化对水资源的影响以及水资源对农业生产的影响。结果表明,对水土的平衡考虑不够,且急于求成,造成盲目开荒。用水管理部门和农户缺乏对水资源信息(来水量和来水时间)的了解,使得农户在灌溉时超计划灌水。监测手段落后,不能有效监测土地类型的变化。干旱半干旱地区生态环境的维持和演化直接受制于绿洲可用水资源量,一定量的水资源只能维持相应规模的绿洲。
The temporal and spatial changes of land use in Weigan River Basin were studied by means of remote sensing. At the same time, the impacts of land use change on water resources and the impact of water resources on agricultural production in Weigan River Basin were analyzed. The results show that the balance of water and soil not enough consideration, and eager for success, resulting in blind wasteland. Water management departments and farmers lacked an understanding of water resources information (water inflow and water arrival time), allowing farmers to plan excessive irrigation during irrigation. Monitoring tools are outdated and can not effectively monitor changes in land types. The maintenance and evolution of the ecological environment in arid and semi-arid regions are directly controlled by the amount of available water resources in the oasis. Only a certain amount of water resources can only maintain the oases of the corresponding scale.
