“政”“学”相通是儒家对“为学”与“为政”关系的基本看法,“通”是“通向”“打通”和关联反应。身为儒者的王阳明在继承这些基本思想的基础上,又把“为学”“为政”分别与“明德”“亲民”对应起来,根据自己的良知学说补充了互为“体”“用”而相通这一“政”“学”关系的新内涵。王阳明还从大历史的角度论述了“政”“学”之关联,阳明有见于“学”堕然后“政”乱,因而主张救世必先正学。今日学人固然有必要走出“不依国主,法事难立”的迷思,坚守学术文化岗位,但在述事论史时也应抱持求真态度,据一己之主意诠释古人之心、行恐会遭遇诸多困难,“为学”与“为政”在倡导“知行合一”的阳明的个体生命中居然分裂甚至对立,着实让人无法接受,文章最后检讨了余英时先生的阳明“觉民行道”说。
