以来自亚洲、欧洲、北美洲的51个现代月季品种为试材,采用18对多态性高的SSR引物进行分析,研究不同起源地的现代月季品种的遗传多样性、遗传结构及遗传距离。结果表明:共检测出64个位点,多态位点比例为96.8%;其中来自欧洲地区的多态位点比例最高,达到82.8%,遗传变异由高到低次序是欧洲月季、北美洲月季、亚洲月季;类群内的遗传分化(91.9%)大于类群间的遗传分化(8.1%),说明类群内变异是其主要变异来源;欧洲地区与北美洲地区现代月季的遗传关系较近。
Fifty-eight modern rose varieties from Asia, Europe and North America were used as materials to analyze the genetic diversity, genetic structure and genetic distance of modern rose varieties from different origins using 18 pairs of SSR primers with high polymorphism. The results showed that 64 loci were detected, the percentage of polymorphic loci was 96.8%. Among them, the highest proportion of polymorphic loci originated from Europe reached 82.8%, and the order of genetic variation from high to low was European rose and North American rose (91.9%) in the taxa were greater than those in the taxa (8.1%), indicating that intraspecific variation was the major source of variation. The genetic relationship between modern European and North American rose was relatively close.
