目前,工业性氟病的诊断主要是以骨骼的X线改变和尿氟含量的增高作为诊断依据。但近年来一些报道认为发氟含量的高低可作为氟吸收的有用指标,且较尿氟的可靠性要大。为探讨发氟含量在工业性氟病诊断指标中的价值,我们先后对接触不同浓度氟的铝厂和磷肥矿的部分工人以及不接触氟的健康成人发氟含量进行了测定分析,现将结果报告
At present, the diagnosis of industrial fluorosis is mainly based on the change of bone X-ray and the increase of urinary fluoride.
