大连南部滨海大道工程主桥锚体从结构受力和功能上可分为锚块、散索鞍支墩、前锚室三个主要部分组成。其中锚块主要承受锚固系统传递的主缆索股拉力。索股连接刚性拉杆并直接穿过锚块,锚固于锚块后锚碇钢板上,索管为锚固系统刚性拉杆套管。索管空间位置的准确定位关系到锚拉杆次应力的大小,也关系到主缆轴力的精确传递,为保证拉杆方向与相应索股方向一致,需将前后锚面索管中心精确定位。本文详细地介绍了索管的加工、安装及测量调整等关键技术。本工程索管为国内目前最长,其安装方法较以往也有所创新,对今后类似工程具有借鉴意义。
The anchorage body of the main bridge of the Dalian Binhai Avenue project can be divided into anchor block, saddle pier and front anchorage chamber from the structure force and function. Among them, the anchorage block mainly receives the tensile force of the main cable which is transmitted by the anchoring system. Sole unit connected to the rigid rod and directly through the anchor block, anchored in the anchor block after the anchor plate steel, cable tube anchorage system rigid rod casing. Accurate positioning of the cable management space location is related to the magnitude of secondary stress of the anchor rod. It also relates to the accurate transmission of the axial force of the main cable. To ensure that the direction of the rod is consistent with the direction of the corresponding strand, accurate positioning of the center of the cable tube is required. This article describes in detail the cable processing, installation and measurement of key technologies. This project has the longest cable management in the country and its installation method has also been more innovative than before. It is of great significance for similar projects in the future.
