6月11~15日,航空工业部在长沙召开无熔剂熔炼铸造镁合金新工艺技术鉴定会。会议由该部科技局胡忠同志主持,与会有24个单位的68名代表。 以往熔炼镁合金,为了防止镁液的氧化燃烧和去除氧化夹杂物,普遍采用以KCl、MgCl_2、BaCl_2和CaF_2为主的氯盐、氟盐熔剂进行复盖与精炼。这种传统工艺具有许多严重缺点。该部七九年组织攻关组,开展对镁合金无熔剂熔炼新工艺的试验研究。经过三年多的努力,最近终于获得成功,效益十分显著。 会议首先由攻关组有关工厂分别介绍了他们几年来采用单纯SF_6和CO_2+SF_6混合气体进行保护熔
June 11 ~ 15, the Ministry of Aviation Industry held in Changsha, melting-free melting of magnesium alloy casting new technology appraisal meeting.
