目的:加强农村食品安全“三网”建设,杜绝食物中毒等公共卫生突发事件发生。方法:建立农村厨师登记管理制度,定期培训,实行农村宴席申报备案制度化。结果:普及了安全卫生知识,提升群众的食品安全防范意识。近5年来,大丰市西团镇未发生家宴聚餐引发的食物中毒事件。结论:强化农村食品的源头监督,加大食品安全卫生知识宣传,积极推进家宴厨师登记管理,减少聚餐型食物中毒发生。
Objective: To strengthen the construction of rural food safety and “three nets” and put an end to public health emergencies such as food poisoning. Methods: Establish a rural chef registration management system, regular training, the implementation of rural banquet filing system. Results: Popularization of health and safety knowledge to enhance people’s awareness of food safety precautions. In the recent 5 years, there was no food poisoning incident caused by family dinner at Xituantou Town, Dafeng City. Conclusion: To strengthen the source supervision of rural food, increase publicity of knowledge on food safety and hygiene, and actively promote the registration and management of banquet chefs and reduce the occurrence of meal-type food poisoning.
