目的:探讨药物对肺纤维化早期的治疗作用。方法:采用石棉灌肺制成大鼠肺纤维化模型,在其早期给予刺五加和地塞米松体内实验治疗,动态观察肺泡炎阶段BALF中IL-6水平和组织形态学改变。结果:刺五加组IL-6水平明显降低(P<0.01),激素组与对照组的IL-6水平降低不明显(P>0.05)。结论:刺五加组和激素组组织形态学改变均轻于非用药组对照。
Objective: To investigate the early therapeutic effect of drugs on pulmonary fibrosis. Methods: Pulmonary fibrosis model was induced by asbestosis in rat lungs. Experimental treatment of Acanthopanax senticosus and dexamethasone were performed in vivo. The level of IL-6 in BALF and histomorphology of alveolitis were observed dynamically. Results: The level of IL-6 in Acanthopanax senticosus group was significantly lower than that in Acanthopanax senticosus group (P <0.01), while the level of IL-6 in hormones group and control group was not significantly reduced (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The histological changes of Acanthopanax senticosus group and hormone group are lighter than that of non-medication group.
