目的探讨高龄患者胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔的特点及处理方法。方法对25例75岁以上高龄患者胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔手术资料进行回顾性分析。结果治愈22例,自动出院1例,死亡2例。结论高龄确给手术构成一定的危险性,但绝非手术禁忌,只要准确估计病情,充分做好前准备,选择合适的术式,高龄患者可以安全手术。
Objective To investigate the characteristics and treatment of gastroduodenal ulcer perforation in elderly patients. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the data of 25 cases of gastric ulcer perforation in elderly patients over 75 years of age. Results 22 cases were cured, 1 case was discharged automatically and 2 cases died. CONCLUSIONS: Older age does pose a certain risk to the operation, but it is by no means contraindicated. As long as the condition is accurately estimated, the preoperative preparation is sufficiently done and the appropriate surgical procedure is selected, elderly patients can be safely operated.
