企业持续发展的根本动力是技术创新,技术创新离不开高素质的青年人才队伍。目前,青年员工创新意识不强、创新机制不健全、创新成果少、创新活力不足等问题,严重制约企业可持续发展。运用S曲线分析、九屏图、因果链分析、资源分析等TRIZ理论(创新方法),从人、环境、机制、载体四个方面进行深入分析并提出解决方案,进一步挖掘青工创新潜力,深化青工创新创效活动,提高青年人才队伍创新创效能力,增强企业核心竞争力,对推动企业科学发展具有普遍的现实意义。
The fundamental driving force of sustainable development of enterprises is technological innovation, technological innovation is inseparable from the high-quality young talent team. At present, the problem of young staffs’ sense of innovation is not strong, the innovation mechanism is not perfect, the innovation is less, and the vitality of innovation is not enough, which seriously restricts the sustainable development of enterprises. Using the TRIZ theory (innovation method) such as S curve analysis, Nine-screen graph, causal chain analysis and resource analysis, this paper makes an in-depth analysis from four aspects of people, environment, mechanism and carrier and proposes solutions to further tap the potential of young workers’ innovation and deepen Youth workers innovation and efficiency activities, improve the ability of innovation and creation of young talent team, enhance their core competitiveness, to promote the scientific development of enterprises with universal practical significance.
