目的:研究丹参提取物丹参酮亲水凝胶的释药性。方法:以卡波姆(Carbomer) 、羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC) 和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP) 为基质,制备丹参酮亲水凝胶,使用改良的Franz 扩散池,进行体外释药试验。结果:发现凝胶剂中加入适量PVP既可增加凝胶的粘结力,又可在一定范围内控制释药速率。结论:可供丹参酮外用贴剂研究提供帮助。
Objective: To study the drug release properties of Danshen extract hydrogel. Methods: The tanshinone hydrogel was prepared by using Carbomer, HPMC and PVP as matrix. The improved Franz diffusion cell was used for in vitro drug release test. RESULTS: It was found that addition of a suitable amount of PVP to the gelling agent can increase the binding force of the gel, and can also control the release rate within a certain range. Conclusion: It can be used for the study of tanshinone topical patch.
