公路职工开展教育是为了不断提升职工综合素质,提高其公路建设养护的专业技能水平,使其能更好为交通建设服务。本文结合开展公路职工教育的重要性以及对公路建设的作用,探寻出几条如何实现交通建设服务的有效途径。
