单糖及其还原性的二糖可以与过量的苯肼作用,生成糖脎。生成糖脎的时间因糖而异,一般,单糖快,二糖慢。以往实验用盐酸苯肼与醋酸钠混和研细,加入各种糖溶液中,结果葡萄糖糖脎明显,其它糖脎不易成晶态,因苯肼氧化,影响成脎。改进办法是:
