目的:探讨能量多普勒血流显像(CDEI)在诊断小肾癌中的应用价值。方法:应用CDEI检测20例小肾癌(经手术病理证实)。并与20例肾柱良性肥大对照。结果:小肾癌周边以环状血流信号为多(80%),病灶内以树枝状血流信号居多(75%),肾柱肥大区内以星状血流信号居多(70%),周边以线状血流信号为多(65%)。结论:CDEI对低速血流敏感能完整显示肿瘤内部各方向粗细不同血流信号,在小肾癌诊断中具有特异价值。
Objective: To investigate the value of energy Doppler flow imaging (CDEI) in the diagnosis of small renal cell carcinoma. Methods: CDEI was used to detect 20 cases of small renal cell carcinoma (confirmed by surgery and pathology). And with 20 cases of benign renal hypertrophy control. Results: The peripheral blood flow signal was small (80%) in the small renal cell carcinoma, the dendritic blood flow signal was mostly in the lesion (75%), the stellate blood flow signal was mostly in the renal hypertrophy area (70%), Surrounding linear blood flow signal as much (65%). CONCLUSION: CDEI is sensitive to low-speed blood flow and can completely display the different blood flow signals in different directions in the tumor. It is of special value in the diagnosis of small renal cell carcinoma.
