目的评价某异丙醇胺项目进行职业病危害控制的效果。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查方法进行综合评价。结果异丙醇胺装置外操工岗位、卸料工岗位的环氧丙烷和氨,灌装工岗位的异丙醇胺为关键控制点。氨和噪声检测合格率为100%,环氧丙烷检测合格率为98.1%,经整改后复测合格。结论该项目属职业病危害严重的建设项目,职业病危害控制效果良好;但是加强环氧丙烷和氨的密闭防护、防止跑冒滴漏仍然是职业病危害防护的重点。
Objective To evaluate the effect of a isopropanolamine project on the control of occupational hazards. Methods The method of on-site occupational hygiene was used for comprehensive evaluation. Results The isopropanolamine unit outside the job posting, propylene oxide and ammonia in the unloading post, and isopropanolamine filling station were the key control points. Ammonia and noise testing pass rate of 100%, propylene oxide test pass rate of 98.1%, after rehearsal retest qualified. Conclusion The project is a serious occupational disease construction project, occupational disease hazard control effect is good; but to strengthen the tight protection of propylene oxide and ammonia to prevent run-off drip is still the focus of occupational hazards protection.
