摘自《缺鋼》,1988,Vol.74,№3,101~108 本研究是以解析加速冷却过程中铁素体晶粒细化为目的,(1)从加工v在连续冷却相变中的相变特性和相变组织的关系,(2)从等温相变生成核的观点进行研究的。 试验钢以0.09%C—1.45%Mn钢为基础,分别加入0.8%Ni和0.015%的Nb。在连续冷却的情况下将各阶段的等温相变组织急速冻结,观察断面,用非接触式电子光学仪测出的膨胀收缩量检测出相变点,并用图相处理装置测定铁素体晶粒的生成数量和晶粒直径。试验结果认为:
