本世纪以来,随着经济高速发展,各种创新形态资产应运而生,使得资产评估工作的开展面临着全新挑战。文化创意产业是创新形态资产的突出代表,未来,文化资产评估将成为评估工作的重要组成内容。目前,对于文化资产的评估,产学研各界都还处于摸索阶段。为规范文化资产的评估行为,充分借鉴台湾同行文化资产评估的先进经验,使资产评估更好地服务于创新型国家建设,中评协由党委副书记宋阳同志率团一行三人于2013年12月16日至20日赴台湾对文化资产评估进行考察。
