本文应用紫外分光光度法测定吡哌酸胶囊剂的溶出度及生物利用度。试验结果二者相关性非常显著;简便易行、重现性好,可作为吡哌酸制剂体外、体内试验方法之一。
In this paper, UV spectrophotometry Determination of dissolution and bioavailability of Pipemidic acid capsules. The correlation between the test results is very significant; simple and easy, reproducible, and can be used as pipemidic acid formulations in vitro and in vivo test methods.
