通过对2000～2002年版《中国科技期刊引证报告》(CJCR)收录的医学期刊的主要评价指标进行统计分析,较全面地了解了中国医学期刊的整体情况。统计结果表明:中国医学期刊大部分学科的影响因子和被引频次在1999～2001年间呈明显上升趋势,参考文献量、平均引用率显著提高,对基金论文比等参数也作了分析讨论。同时对中国未来医学期刊的发展提出几点建议:管理部门在绩效评价时应注意导向;应大力扶持和发展医学英文期刊;办符合市场需求的专业性学术期刊。
Through the statistical analysis of the main evaluation indexes of medical journals included in CJCR from 2000 to 2002, the overall situation of Chinese medical journals is fully understood. The statistical results show that the influential factors and citation frequency of most medical journals in China are obviously increasing from 1999 to 2001. The reference documents and the average citation rate have been significantly increased. At the same time, it puts forward some suggestions on the development of China’s future medical journals: Management should pay attention to the performance evaluation; should vigorously support and develop medical English periodicals; and do professional academic journals that meet the market demand.
