从江苏地区产的绞股蓝中提取的多糖成分进行了药理试验。结果表明,绞股蓝多糖对小白鼠移植性肿瘤S_(180)有显著的抑制作用;用绞股蓝多糖无任何毒副作用,且能对抗化疗药引起的骨髓抑制等不良反应;保护细胞免受自由基的攻击,对机体的免疫机能有一定的增强作用。
The pharmacological test was carried out on polysaccharides extracted from Gynostemma pentaphyllum from Jiangsu. The results showed that Gynostemma pentaphyllum polysaccharides had a significant inhibitory effect on transplanted tumor S180 in mice. Gynostemma pentaphyllum polysaccharides had no toxic side effects and could counteract the adverse reactions such as myelosuppression caused by chemotherapy drugs; and protected cells from free radicals attack. , It has a certain strengthening effect on the body’s immune function.
