应用薄层层析法，以β－谷甾醇及单味药材为对照，对含有半夏水提物的中成药制剂中半夏进行鉴别，结果证明，该法简便可行，重现性好 Thin-layer chromatography was used to identify β-sitosterol and single herb as a control. Pinellia ternifolia was identified in a proprietary Chinese medicine preparation containing Pinellia ternate. The results showed that the method was simple and feasible, with good reproducibility.
