1992年6月中旬,眉县某村发生一起臭米粉加工的食物中毒.发病11人,死亡4人,现报告如下.临床资料:本组11人,其中男性4人,女性7人.年龄最小1岁,最大70岁,平均32岁.发病最早4h,最晚72h,平均潜伏期32h.临床表现及脏器损伤:所有患者均有恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹胀、腹泻、大便呈稀水样,3~10次/d.9例(81.8%)伴有不同程度全身乏力、嗜睡、昏迷,其中2例惊厥,最后出现脑水肿.7例(63.6%)尿蛋白阳性,镜检红、白细胞,其中3例肾功能损害。7例(63.6%)EKG示窦性心动过速、窦性心律不齐、低电压及心肌损伤。6例(54.5%)出现黄疸,并进行性加重,GPT 增高。全部
