目的:观察蛇竭颗粒镇痛、抗炎、活血的药理作用。方法:采用小鼠热板法、扭体法、FCA诱导大鼠关节炎、寒冷刺激致血瘀动物模型,分别观察其镇痛、抗炎活血作用。结果:蛇竭颗粒对小鼠热致痛及醋酸致扭体反应有较好的镇痛作用;对FCA诱导大鼠足跖肿胀及寒冷刺激致大鼠血瘀有较好的抗炎活血作用。结论:蛇竭颗粒有较好的抗炎、镇痛和活血化瘀作用。
Objective: To observe the pharmacological effects of snakebug particles on analgesia, anti-inflammation and promoting blood circulation. Methods: The mouse model of heat stasis, writhing, FCA induced arthritis and cold stimulation induced blood stasis were used in this study. The analgesic, anti-inflammatory and blood-activating effects were observed respectively. Results: Snake Thoroughbug had a good analgesic effect on the mice induced by hyperthermia and acetic acid writhing reaction, and had good anti-inflammatory and blood-activating effects on the rat paw edema caused by FCA and the blood stasis induced by cold stimulation. Conclusion: Snake Thunb particles have good anti-inflammatory, analgesic and blood circulation.
