目的探讨p-PI3K/p-AKT蛋白在神经母细胞瘤(NB)中的表达及其与临床特点和生存预后的关系。方法收集初治的、经病理证实的NB患者的临床资料和蜡块组织标本,采用免疫组化的方法检测NB组织中PI3K/AKT蛋白的表达,并分析其对患者生存预后的影响。结果 65例NB患者纳入研究,中位年龄3岁,中位随访时间38.6个月。p-PI3K和p-AKT在NB中的阳性表达率分别为70.7%(46/65)和70.7%(46/65)。pPI3K高表达41例(63.1%),p-AKT高表达43例(66.2%)。p-PI3K高表达与p-AKT高表达有关(P=0.021)。p-PI3K和p-AKT的表达与NB患者的临床特点及生存情况无明显相关性。结论 PI3K/AKT信号通路在NB患者中广泛表达,可能会为靶向治疗提供依据。
Objective To investigate the expression of p-PI3K / p-AKT protein in neuroblastoma (NB) and its relationship with clinical features and survival and prognosis. Methods The clinical data and wax tissue samples of newly diagnosed NB patients were collected. The expression of PI3K / AKT protein in NB tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry and the effect on the prognosis of patients was analyzed. Results Sixty-five patients with NB were included in the study, with a median age of 3 years and a median follow-up of 38.6 months. The positive rates of p-PI3K and p-AKT in NB were 70.7% (46/65) and 70.7% (46/65), respectively. 41 cases (63.1%) had pPI3K overexpression and 43 cases (66.2%) had p-AKT overexpression. High expression of p-PI3K was associated with high expression of p-AKT (P = 0.021). The expression of p-PI3K and p-AKT had no significant correlation with the clinical features and survival of NB patients. Conclusion The PI3K / AKT signaling pathway is widely expressed in patients with NB, which may provide a basis for targeted therapy.
