鼻石为鼻腔少见病。其构成由内生性或外生性异物为核心,以炎性渗出物、鼻液、泪液等经气流浓缩分解出多种无机盐类,逐渐沉积于此核心表面,日积月累形成结石。其外壳成分有:钙、镁、磷、氯化钠等。因其所含成分各异,其颜色有黄、灰、棕、绿等;其形状常以所在空间为模式,粗糙而不规则;其部位常见于鼻底及下鼻道。症状常为单侧鼻塞,有时鼻涕带血,鼻石大者可压迫使鼻甲萎缩、中隔穿孔、破坏窦壁、侵入窦腔并发鼻窦炎。现附我院二例如下: 例1:男,50岁。于1983年5月24日以“左上颌骨骨髓炎”收入院,入院前四月因“感冒”出现鼻阻,自
Nose stone is a rare nasal disease.
