目的:比较为接受剖宫产术的产妇使用去氧肾上腺素与麻黄碱预防麻醉后低血压的效果。方法:将在南通市通州区第八人民医院接受剖宫产术的240例产妇作为研究对象。将这些产妇随

目的:比较为接受剖宫产术的产妇使用去氧肾上腺素与麻黄碱预防麻醉后低血压的效果。方法:将在南通市通州区第八人民医院接受剖宫产术的240例产妇作为研究对象。将这些产妇随机平均分为去氧肾上腺素组和麻黄碱组。对两组产妇均实施剖宫产术及腰硬联合麻醉。在此基础上,为去氧肾上腺素组产妇加用去氧肾上腺素,为麻黄碱组产妇加用麻黄碱。然后,比较两组产妇接受剖宫产术的时间、术中的平均动脉压(MAP)、术中的心率、低血压的发生率、麻醉相关不良反应的发生率及其新生儿的Apgar评分。结果:两组产妇接受剖宫产术的时间相比,P>
