本文是广播电视无线发送技术领域的一项实用性研究。以实际工作中遇到的技术故障为出发点,从发射机的整体设计思路入手,层层深入,最终对其核心部件—AV-152RF Amplifier(1.5KW功放分盘)中的200W前级功率放大盘的电路工作原理深入分析。对其偏置电路中的分压电路设计提出了不同的看法,以简单实用的解决方案对其进行了抗电压冲击、提高适应性的器件改良。近两年的实际应用证明,该项目成果明显提高了发射机在供电系统电压波动时的工作稳定性,降低了设备的故障率,节约的大量的设备维护经费,尤其是对于单机播出的节目,大大增加了安全播出的可靠性,间接创造了较大的经济效益和社会效益。
