Objective To investigate the clinical knowledge of clinical cerebrovascular disease patients on knowledge of secondary prevention of cerebral infarction and transient ischemic attack (TIA). Methods A cross-sectional survey on the knowledge of cerebral infarction and TIA secondary prevention drug interventions was carried out in eight hospitals in Beijing where the collaborative group for the prevention of persistent improvement of secondary prevention was located. Results A total of 140 people surveyed, the average grade of each job title questionnaire average score of 0 points, up 56 points, an average of 25.76 points (out of 100 points). Among them, there were 4 tertiary hospitals and 89 persons with an average score of 27.18 points. There were 4 secondary hospitals and 51 persons with an average score of 23.28 points. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P = 0.096). The average resident physician was 26.27 points, the attending physician averaged 26.51 points and the chief physician averaged 23.21 points. There was no significant difference (P = 0.465). Conclusions The knowledge of cerebral infarction and secondary prevention of TIA in patients with clinical cerebrovascular disease at different levels and different titles is poorly understood and requires vigorous measures to carry out relevant training.
