目的:观察采用Aravind手法无缝线小切口白内障摘除人工晶体植入术(MSICS)临床效果。方法:对888例各种不同类型的白内障患者在局麻下用Ara-vind手法行小切口白内障人工晶体植入术(MSICS)。并根据世界防盲组织(WHO)白内障手术登记表,记录并观察术前存在的眼疾,术中、术后并发症及术后3天内的裸眼及矫正视力,并分析视力差的原因。术后随访3个月。结果:对888例白内障施行SICS手术,成功完成人工晶体植入888例(100%)。悬韧带断裂1例,玻璃体溢出4例,晶体后囊破裂5例。术后角膜内皮水肿轻度38例,中度9例,重度1例。术后1天视力(根据WHO分级):好者387例(44%),中等者438例(49%),差者56例(6%),未查视力者7例(1%)。结论:用Aravind手法行小切口白内障摘除人工晶体植入术安全、简便、经济、视力恢复好。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of small incision cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation (MSICS) using Aravind technique. METHODS: A total of 888 patients with various types of cataract underwent small incision cataract extraction (MSICS) using Ara-vind technique under local anesthesia. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) cataract surgery registration form, the preoperative visual acuity, intraoperative and postoperative complications as well as the naked eye and corrected visual acuity within 3 days after surgery were recorded and observed. The causes of poor visual acuity were also analyzed. Follow-up 3 months after operation. Results: 888 cases (100%) of IOLs were successfully implanted in 888 cases of cataract with SICS. 1 case of suspensory ligament rupture, 4 cases of vitreous spill, 5 cases of posterior capsular rupture. Postoperative corneal endothelial edema was mild in 38 cases, moderate in 9 cases, severe in 1 case. Visual acuity (according to WHO classification) at 1 day after surgery was 387 (44%) good, 438 (49%) moderate, 56 (6%) poor, and 7 (1%) unidentified. Conclusion: The Aravind technique for small incision cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation is safe, simple, economical, and has good visual acuity.
