目的 探讨降纤酶对脑梗塞病人血浆蛋白 C、 D二聚体( D Dim er)的影响及治疗意义。方法 采用 A P T T 法和 E L I S A 法测定 30 例脑梗塞病人和 30 例正常对照者血浆蛋白 C 活性及 D二聚体含量。结果 急性脑梗塞病人血浆蛋白 C 活性及 D二聚体含量显著升高( P< 0.01),治疗后明显下降趋于正常( P< 0.01)。结论 降纤酶急性期应用可以发挥其降纤、溶纤作用,对凝血及纤溶机制产生一定影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of defibrase on plasma protein C and DDim er in patients with cerebral infarction and its therapeutic significance. Methods Plasma protein C activity and D-dimer content of 30 patients with cerebral infarction and 30 normal controls were measured by A T T method and E L I S A method. Results Plasma protein C activity and D-dimer level were significantly increased in patients with acute cerebral infarction (P <0.01), and the levels of D protein and protein decreased significantly after treatment (P <0.01). Conclusion The application of defibrase in acute phase can exert its anti-fibrinolytic and fibrinolytic effects, and have some effects on the coagulation and fibrinolytic mechanisms.
