杰克·伦敦是自然主义杰出的代表作家,海明威是现代主义的集大成者。两者因受不同思想的影响以及不同的人生经历而导致作品风格各异。如两者对强者形象都有不同的见解和描述,本文通过杰克伦敦《野性的呼唤》中主人公狼狗布克和海明威《老人与海》的主人公桑迪亚哥两个形象,比较研究两个形象的差异并浅析其影响因素。
Jack London is an outstanding representative writer of naturalism. Hemingway is a master of modernism. Both due to different ideas and different life experiences lead to different styles of work. If both have different opinions and descriptions on the images of the powerful, this article compares the two images of Sandia, the protagonist of the Old Man and the Sea, in the Jack London “Wild Call” The difference of image and its influencing factors.
